ADMINISTATIVE JUNQUE:
-Sam Moser was nominated for KOTM in article <368ae608.26260956@news.sfo.com>,
but the nomination was withdrawn in article <368be664.7866599@news.sfo.com>.
Chive Mynde was also nominated and had the nomination withdrawn.

-Jerry Newport was nominated for CNotM, but seconded for VVF. I've moved
the nomination to VVF because it really does seem more appropriate.

-The 1998 KOTY ballot is on it's way..
