Last Month's KOTM voting results

(Better late than never)

The voting is (long) over and the results are now in. The system problems
that made doing this such a pain in the ass are fixed, and we're back
on a roll. As an aside, there may have been some mail to kotm@shorty.com
that bounced during the downtime. I apologize for anyone who might
not have been able to get their vote through (the last vote I recieved
was on 11 December).
